Austin and I met our junior year of high school and had been close friends for many years. Austin left for the army in June of 2020, and we made sure to stay in touch through letters, phone calls, and messaging. Each time he'd come home, we always made it a point to see one another. This year we realized being friends wasn't enough. We are so in love and cannot wait to be married. It's beautiful to have gone through life together as friends and see one another grow up, to now getting to spend the rest of our lives together.
